Peko Platform Agreement

This Platform Agreement is a binding legal agreement between Peko and the Company or both You and the Company You represent (as the case maybe) governs your use of the Services. In this Platform Agreement, “Company” or “you” or “your” or “user” means the company that is applying for or has opened a Peko User Account to use the Services, and “Peko” or “We” or “Our” or “us” means Peko Payment Services LLC and its past, present, or future affiliates, successors and assigns, unless stated otherwise.
This Platform Agreement is established by Peko and shall be read by the Company along with the applicable policies and related documentation forming part of aforementioned documents or any standalone policy or document posted including but not limited to the User Terms and any other service-specific terms that are applicable to the Services used by you on our website. Further, you are requested to read and understand these terms, carefully, before registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using our website www.peko.one or our mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Peko Platform” / “Platform”).
1. Accessing Peko Platform
By accessing, browsing, or engaging in any transactions on the Peko Platform, or utilizing any Services on the Peko Platform as provided by Peko, you indicate your consent to abide by this Platform Agreement. You may only apply for, open and maintain a Peko User Account and / or otherwise access or use the Services if you agree to this Platform Agreement.
Furthermore, by implicitly or explicitly accepting this Platform Agreement, you also acknowledge and agree to adhere to our policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, which governs your usage of the Platform, enabling you to comprehend our procedures, as well as other regulations, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions pertinent under the applicable law(s) in UAE and other jurisdictions for the purpose of accessing, browsing, or engaging in transactions on the Peko Platform, or utilizing any of the Services. These regulations, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions shall be considered as integrated into, and regarded as an integral part of this Platform Agreement.
Peko reserve the right to restrict access to any parts or the entire Peko Platform for the registered users.
Peko tries to meet the highest standards of accessibility, but cannot guarantee that this Peko Platform will be compatible with all hardware and software that may be used by visitors to the Peko Platform.
2. Changes to this Platform Agreement and the Peko Platform
Please be aware that Peko reserves the right to update or amend this Platform Agreement or any other referenced policy at any time and at its sole discretion without prior notice to the User. Therefore, it is recommended that you periodically review this page or link to ensure you are acquainted with the latest version of this Platform Agreement and Privacy Policy (the “Updated Version”). The Updated Version shall be effective upon its posting but shall not apply retroactively. Your continued utilization of the Services subsequent to the posting of an Updated Version indicates your acceptance of such Updated Version. Any dispute that arose before the changes will be governed by the terms in place at the time the dispute arose.
Peko may also update and change any information, material or content on the Peko Platform (including without limitation, any details, features, functionality, content and appearance of the Peko Platform) at any time, without notice. Peko also reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, the Services we provide on Peko Platform without notice or close it indefinitely. Peko bear no liability for the unavailability of Peko Platform for any reason at any time or for a period.
The terms and conditions under this Platform Agreement have no fixed duration and shall remain applicable for the visitor / user of the Peko Platform unless modified by Peko.
3. Peko User Account Registration
Registration is required to access our Services and certain restricted parts of the Peko Platform.
To access the Peko Platform, you must create an account and during registration, you may be requested to provide contact information, including authorised email address, username and password to be used as login credentials (each, a "Peko User Account"). Each registration is for a single business / corporate, unless specifically designated otherwise on the registration page. You must keep your Peko User Account confidential and secure. Do not disclose or share your Peko User Account. You are responsible for all actions, omissions, and content carried out under your Peko User Account, and Peko will consider all activities, omissions, and content on the Peko Platform under your Peko User Account as authorized by you.
Peko may access, preserve, and disclose Peko User Account information and User Content you provide if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonable necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce this Platform Agreement; (c) respond to claims that any content provided by you violates the right of a third party; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Peko or any third party.
Any Peko User Account, or any other information provided for security purposes must be treated as confidential, and you are prohibited from disclosing it to any third party. We reserve the right to deactivate any Peko User Account if there is suspicion of non-compliance with these terms of use and/or for the prevention of fraud and identity theft. If you become aware or suspect that someone other than yourself has access to your Peko User Account, you must promptly notify us using the contact details available on our main homepage. Peko assumes no liability in the event of identity breach or unauthorized sharing of credentials by the user.
4. Peko Services
On signing up, you shall create Peko User Account with us and this account shall allow you to access Peko Platform, browse through the Services, make payment using debit card, credit cards or net banking collectively known as (‘Payment Gateway Services’) to permissible merchants on Peko Platform or on Merchant Partner’s platform. Prices and availability of the Services on the Peko Platform are subject to change without notice. You accept that Peko has no responsibility for the data leakage caused by the third party. “Merchant Partners” shall mean and include websites and platforms that accepts permitted Services to make a payment against products or services offered by such platforms.
Once you create Peko User Account, we shall provide you with wide range of Services under Peko Platform including but not limited to recharge & bill Payment facility, gift cards, legal assistance, audit services, and other financial and non-financial services (“Services”).
Peko shall provide you a single dashboard featuring real time payment and expense tracking under Peko Platform and your Peko User Account and you confirm to adhere to the user terms stated herein and act in compliance.

For Peko, user satisfaction is of utmost importance and to keep you happy with all your business needs, we have multiple options for quick payment cycle and for expense management.
You confirm to keep your Peko User Account, Know Your Customer (KYC) details including but not limited to trade license number, TRN number and other contact information as required by us updated at all times.
5. Declaration by the User
- the Company is a business entity;
- the Company is duly organised and registered under the applicable laws;
- you are an authorised representative of the Company;
- you and the Company are not prohibited by any law or judgements of the court from entering into legal contractual arrangements;
- you have not misrepresented or forged any information shared with Peko either orally or in writing through documents namely KYC (know your customer) and other related documents if required by Peko and in the relevant jurisdiction;
- you are authorised to submit the application and all required information on behalf of the Company, and enter into binding agreements on behalf of the Company.
- You warrant, represent, and undertake that the information you provide about yourself during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete.
- You also acknowledge that the false declaration from you can lead to termination of the Services and you agree to compensate Peko in case of any loss including but not limited to the consequential loss caused to Peko due to your sole default or acts which causes an reputational, financial, legal issue to Peko; and
- All linked accounts are business rather than consumer accounts and are not established or used for personal, family, or household purposes.
6. Use of the Peko Platform
Your use of the Peko Platform shall solely be for the purpose of benefitting from the Services, search, view, utilise and learn from the Services on the Peko Platform “Permitted Use”. Such use shall be consisted with the Permitted Use and, as such, you agree to provide only true, complete and accurate information to and through the Peko Platform and to only use the Peko Platform to communicate in a manner consistent with the Permitted Use. Any uses that are inconsistent with the Permitted Use are prohibited and may lead to the suspension of your login credentials and Peko User Account
We reserve the right to remove any material or postings on the Peko Platform if, in our judgment, such content does not meet the content standards specified in our Acceptable Use Policy
When You use the Peko Platform, You may upload or provide content or information and You agree that You have all appropriate rights to anything You provide and if such content or information infringes upon intellectual property or privacy rights, we retain the right to disclose your identity to the third party alleging such infringement. You also grant to Peko a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, and worldwide license to access, collect, store, disclose and use any data, information, records and files that You provide to or through the Peko Platform or that is provided by others who use the Peko Platform for the sole purpose of providing and developing the Peko Platform.
You are prohibited from misusing the Peko Platform by introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other malicious or technologically harmful material. Unauthorized attempts to access the Peko Platform, its server, or any connected server, computer, or database are strictly forbidden. Breaching this provision constitutes a criminal offense under the Federal Law on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes. Peko will promptly report any such breach to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and will cooperate by disclosing your identity to them. Your right to use the Peko Platform will be terminated immediately in the event of such a breach. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the Peko Platform or your downloading of any material posted on it or on any linked website.
You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Peko Platform (collectively referred to as Prohibited Use): (a) framing, mirroring, or otherwise incorporating the Peko Platform or any part thereof on any commercial or non-commercial website; (b) using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means, or any manual process, to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Peko Platform; (c) violating any restrictions in robot exclusion headers on the Peko Platform or bypassing or circumventing other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Peko Platform; (d) taking any action that unreasonably or disproportionately burdens the Peko Platform; (e) deep-linking to any portion of the Peko Platform for any purpose; (f) removing any watermarks, labels, or other legal or proprietary notices within the Peko Platform; (g) attempting to modify the Peko Platform, including disguising or changing any indications of ownership or source; (h) using the Peko Platform as part of any service for sharing, lending, or multi-person use; (i) attempting to, assisting, authorizing, or encouraging others to circumvent, disable, or defeat any security features or components, such as digital rights management software or encryption, that protect the Peko Platform; (j) copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, transferring, selling, publishing, broadcasting, performing, transmitting, licensing, or circulating any part of the Peko Platform in any form; (k) creating adaptations, translations, or derivative works based on the Peko Platform, in whole or in part, or decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise exploiting any part of the Peko Platform; (l) accessing or using the Peko Platform in a manner that violates the rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights) of any third party; or (m) uploading or transmitting through the Peko Platform any information, images, text, data, media, or other content that, in the sole judgment of Peko, is offensive, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or violates any laws. You must promptly notify Peko of any known or suspected activity within Peko User Account or through your login credentials that constitutes or may constitute Prohibited Use.
8. Obligations of the User
You agree that to avail the Services, you need a mobile, laptop, internet or other supported device that meets the compatibility requirements of accessing the Peko Platform and that you shall use your own device when accessing the Peko Platform
You also agree that your mobile and / or laptop device or other services that you avail from third party to access Peko Platform, may incur charges to you and you shall be solely responsible for such charges, terms of use, fees and the liability which may incur to you as per your agreement with the third party Peko shall in no way held responsible for your agreement with third parties.
You understand that in order to provide the Services, Peko shall incur costs with respect to operation and maintenance of infrastructure and facilitation of payments. You thereby agree that Peko may charge you a fee displayed upfront to you on the Peko Platform and those transactions shall take place only after you approve/accept such charges.
You agree that when accessing the Services in case of payments, we act only as an intermediary between you and our Merchant Partners and we are not a party to the contract. Also, Peko and the bank dealing with the specific transaction shall not be responsible for deficiency of any product or services purchased through Peko Platform. You agree that any complaints related to the Merchant Partner’s Platform shall be directed to the Merchant Partner directly.
You agree that in case of any amount been transferred erroneously to the Merchant Partners, Peko shall not be liable to refund such amount to you under any circumstances.
If we understand that any information provided by you is incorrect or fraudulent, we shall terminate your access to Peko Platform until further notice to comply with the applicable law of United Arab Emirates.
Accessing Peko Platform using other means shall be treated as illegal. You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you which may incur criminal or civil liability.
You agree that in the event of any dispute, records maintained by Peko shall be binding as the conclusive evidence of the transactions carried out through use of the Services. You further agree that Peko shall send communication by whatsapp and / or SMS and/or email and they shall be deemed to have been received by you.
You agree to receive commercial messages from Peko and/or Merchant Partners, and you shall use the Services in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If you prefer not to receive such communications, you may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages.
You agree that you would be solely responsible for payment of any taxes, duties or other governmental levies or any financial charges that may be imposed on any products or services purchased or supplied by a merchant or otherwise arising from online transactions.
9. Third Party Websites (Merchant Partner and their Platforms / Websites)
The Peko Platform provides access to third-party services through Merchant Partners, which are independent companies not owned or operated by Peko. Peko does not endorse or guarantee the quality, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose of these services. When using these services, you may be required to accept the Merchant Partners' terms and conditions and share additional information. At the time of availing a particular service on the Platform, you will be provided with the terms and conditions of the third-party service provider, which will be applicable to you, and by using the service, you consent to those terms and conditions.
Peko is not responsible for the content on linked websites, which are provided for your convenience and accessed at your own risk. If needed, you can request a copy of any agreement directly from the respective Merchant Partner.
The Peko Platform may also provide links to third-party software and services, governed by the respective third-party providers' terms. Peko assumes no liability or obligation for these third-party resources. By using them, you agree to hold Peko harmless regarding any information collected on third-party websites or applications. Peko will not indemnify you for actions related to third parties.
10. Offers/ Websites)
Peko may run offers on Peko Platform from time to time and accessing our services post signing up shall be considered as deemed acceptance of invitation towards Peko offers. However, acceptance of invitation does not mean participating in an offer and participation shall be totally subject to your agreement.
You also understand that the offers might be provided by third parties on Peko Platform and you may require to agree to respective terms and conditions of third parties. You further agree that offers provided to any user may vary from user to user.
You also agree that Peko reserves the right to disqualify you from any offer in case you do not meet the eligibility criteria for such an offer and such eligibility criteria shall be decided by Peko from time to time.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, patents, design rights, and other intellectual property rights pertaining to Peko and Peko Platform and its published materials (including, but not limited to, the underlying software, design, graphics, layout, feel, and structure of Peko Platform) shall remain the exclusive property of Peko and its licensors. These works are safeguarded by copyright laws and international treaties. All such rights are reserved.
You shall maintain ownership of all copyright in the data you upload or submit through Peko Platform. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and non-terminable license to utilize, copy, and transmit such data in any manner deemed fit by Peko.
The commercial use, downloading, printing, and storing of materials on Peko Platform are strictly prohibited unless a commercial license for such materials is obtained from Peko, and proper citation as the author is provided. Redistribution, republishing, copying, adapting, or making materials on Peko Platform available to third parties in any form is prohibited. You may not use illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from accompanying text.
In the event of any breach of these terms of use by printing, copying, or downloading any part of the Peko Platform, your right to use the Peko Platform will be immediately revoked, and you must either return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
You acknowledge and agree that none of the content published on the Peko Platform constitutes a recommendation regarding the suitability or advisability of any particular investment, portfolio of investments, transaction, or investment strategy for you or any other specific individual. You further understand that neither we nor any of our information providers, their affiliates, nor any third parties will provide personal advice regarding the nature, potential, advisability, value, or suitability of any particular investment, portfolio of investments, transaction, investment strategy, or other matters.
12. Liability of Peko
The content and materials provided on the Peko Platform are solely for informational purposes and are not tailored to address your specific needs. They should not be construed as advice or recommendations from us, nor should they be considered as offers, solicitations, invitations, or recommendations to buy or sell investments, securities, or any other financial services. We strongly advise seeking independent advice from a financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
You understand and agree that prices, descriptions, and other financial data presented on the Peko Platform may originate from third-party sources believed to be reliable. While we strive to verify such data to the extent commercially feasible, calculations, profiles, and data on the Peko Platform are based on third-party information and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate by us, our information providers, or any other entity.
Peko Platform may include links to other websites or resources provided for informational purposes only. We have no control over the content of these external sites and do not endorse them. We accept no responsibility for the content, treatment of users, or use of any information by these external sites, and we disclaim any liability for any loss or damage resulting from accessing or using them.
The material displayed on the Peko Platform is provided without warranties or representations as to its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, and third parties connected to us expressly exclude all implied warranties and liability for any incidental, special, exemplary, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any users in connection with the Peko Platform, including but not limited to service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute services, or in connection with these terms, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, data, business interruption, wasted management, or goodwill and in all the excluded cases whether caused by tort including negligence, breach of contract, product liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not Peko has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These terms and conditions do not affect our liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and they do not affect your statutory rights.
Any arrangements made between you and third parties mentioned on the Peko Platform are at your own risk.
Rates advertised on the Peko Platform are indicative and subject to external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee the availability of advertised rates.
Nothing on the Peko Platform constitutes an offer or solicitation to sell investments or related services in the UAE, or any other jurisdiction.
References to prior investments or published data on the Peko Platform may be selective or incomplete and should not be relied upon as current information.
We do not warrant or represent that the content of the website does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Except for Peko’s obligations to make payments through the settlement account, in no event will Peko’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these term shall exceed AED 500 or the amount paid by the user for availing Peko Platform, whichever is less.
All exclusions and limitations of liability set forth in these terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Liability of the User
You agree indemnify and hold harmless, Peko, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or legal proceedings brought or threatened against Peko or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your use of the Peko Platform, breach of this terms, as well as any information uploaded by you on the Peko Platform.
You acknowledge and agree that Peko, its affiliated companies, officers, employees, or other individuals connected with us may have an interest, relationship, or arrangement that is material to an investment or transaction you enter into via the Peko Platform, which could give rise to a conflict of interest. You agree that Peko shall not be obliged to disclose such conflicts of interest to you, and there will be no obligation for Peko to account to you for any such interest, relationship, or arrangement, unless required by applicable law. The Services provided via the Peko Platform are unbiased and provided independently and without regard to any such interest, relationship, or arrangement.
To utilize the Services provided on the Peko Platform, you must be a minimum of 18 (Eighteen) years old and have full legal capacity and should be an authorised representative of the Company on behalf of which you are availing the Services on Peko Platform. You warrant, represent, and undertake that you possess the legal right, experience, knowledge, and ability to apply for the Services in accordance with these terms.
Detailed Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) information must be submitted in accordance with the regulations stipulated from time to time. Additionally, proof of identity and current address (for yourself or your business) will be required to comply with our anti-money laundering requirements. Applications will undergo an approval process and may be accepted or rejected at our sole discretion.
14. Disclaimers
USE OF THE PEKO PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PEKO PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEKO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE PEKO PLATFORM, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR COLLATERAL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON—INFRINGEMENT, QUALITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, OR TIMELINESS. PEKO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PEKO PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE PEKO PLATFORM IS OR WILL BE ERROR—FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, FREEOF VIRUSES OR THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE PEKO PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED.
USE OF THE PEKO PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PEKO PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEKO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE PEKO PLATFORM, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR COLLATERAL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON—INFRINGEMENT, QUALITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, OR TIMELINESS. PEKO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PEKO PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE PEKO PLATFORM IS OR WILL BE ERROR—FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, FREEOF VIRUSES OR THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE PEKO PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED.
15. Geographical Limitations of the Peko Platform
The availability of features and functionality on the Peko Platform may vary depending on your jurisdiction. It's important to note that nothing on the Peko Platform should be interpreted as an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any product or service in jurisdictions where such actions are prohibited by law.
16. Suspension and Termination
Peko shall without any liability to itself, terminate this Platform Agreement at convenience without prior notice, either temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the Peko Platform and Peko User Account if it is proved that you have violated the terms of this Agreement or have engaged in any Prohibited Use.
Any termination will immediately remove your ability to access the Peko Platform and Peko may delete any information contained within your Peko User Account. Provided that such termination will not limit Peko’s other rights and remedies under this Agreement or otherwise.
You agree that in case of loss (including consequential loss) suffered to Peko due to your breach of terms of this Agreement and Prohibited Use, we can take legal actions not limited to injunctive relief or as deemed necessary within the said circumstances.
17. Applicable Laws
These terms stated herein are governed by the United Arab Emirates laws: Federal Decree Law 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, its executive regulation and all other applicable laws in force or as amended from time to time. The user can opt for our Services through the Peko Platform, only when he accepts to abide by all the terms and conditions herein contained.
The Peko Platform facilitates payment technology services, including loyalty, rewards, gift cards, recharges, utility payments and other services available on the Peko Platform, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). The Services can be added and / or modified and / or updated by Peko at its sole discretion from time to time. Peko strive for accuracy to the best of their ability. Any links to external sites through the Peko Platform, over which Peko has no control, are subject to the terms of such links/sites and the Privacy Policy of Peko. Peko shall not be held accountable for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse or accept responsibility for any content, advertising, products, or other materials found on or accessible from such sites or resources.
18. Force Majeure
A Force Majeure Event shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Peko and shall include but not limited to war, riots, fire, flood, acts of God, explosion, strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, pandemic, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage devices, computer crashes ,acts of state, governmental, legal or regulatory actions prohibiting or impeding Peko from performing its respective obligations under this Platform Agreement.
19. Severability and Waiver
This Platform Agreement and any supplement terms policies rules or guidelines posted on the Peko website and our mobile application constitutes the entire agreement between you and Peko, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements. If any provision of this Platform Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Platform Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of this Platform Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such or any other provision and Peko’s failure to assert any right or provision under this Platform Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
20. Dispute, Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Platform Agreement and the rights and obligations thereunder and the relations of the parties arising under or in connection with the Services provided by Peko under this Platform Agreement, including the construction, validity, performance or termination thereunder, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to and without prejudice to the amicable settlement, the courts in Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try and adjudicate all matters arising in connection with your use of the Services. Disputes or differences or concerns if any should be raised within 30 days of happening or non-happening of an event related to the Services.

22. Other Terms
Peko Platform is a marketplace platform designed to facilitate access to non-financial services offered by Peko. The Platform does not function as a "Money Transfer Service" as defined under the RPSCS Regulation. You understand and agree that the Platform is not intended to execute payment transactions between You and our Merchant Partners.
Payments made through the Platform are exclusively for Services provided by Peko. The Platform does not serve as a payment intermediary for transactions between You and third-party service providers. Your payment obligations are considered fulfilled once a payment is made through the Peko Platform, regardless of which Service Provider delivers the Service.
Any complaints or queries regarding non-financial services accessed through the Platform should be directed to Peko. Peko will address and resolve these issues in accordance with its internal policy.
Peko Platform does not operate as a payment aggregation service for its Merchant Partners. Peko does not market or promote itself as a solution enabling Merchant Partners to accept payments from You through the Platform. Merchant Partners and sellers are responsible for their own payment processing systems outside the Platform.
It is expressly stated that Peko acts solely as a technological interface, facilitating access to such Services. At no point does Peko handle or control your funds in relation to any of the Services.
23. Payment terms for “Invoicing”
- Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
- The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.peko.one policies and rules.
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
